Okayy, well basically my idea is to have the different ranks there are when working for Marvel. Starting from the bottom and working your way up.
First ranking: Coffee Maker Second ranking: Someone Who Answers Phones Third ranking: Whatever Comes Between Second Rank And Fourth Rank Fourth ranking: Publisher Fifth ranking: Letterer Sixth ranking: Top Penciler/Inker

ill leave the names of the raking to you guys but i was thinking what about being able to give and receive reputation for doing things and making certain posts on here ?
